MEET STELLA

Stella Odogwu, founder of INTELLE Coaching Solutions, is an executive coach, speaker and leadership development expert for women in Corporate America. Stella empowers clients to leverage their inner potential to achieve wildly successful careers so that they can exponentially increase their impact, income and quality of life.

Stella’s coaching style is rooted in the belief that each individual has something unique to offer. She understands that many women have been unknowingly taught to stifle parts of themselves to fit into the Corporate landscape. Stella helps women banish impostor syndrome and show up fully confident at work and in life. She also helps her clients transform their brands, develop a powerful executive presence, develop strategic relationships, and negotiate successfully.

Stella firmly believes that not only should women be involved in driving corporate strategy, but also in shaping the culture of organizations. Stella knows first hand that achieving one’s career ambitions requires having an empowered mindset, winning career strategies, accountability, and support.

Stella started her career as an intern at the age of 20. Ten years and several rapid promotions later, she went on to lead Global Supply Chain Operations within a Fortune 500 organization. Her success was largely driven by her track record of leading change, inspiring others and solving multi-million dollar business challenges.  She has a track record of leading change and helping businesses solve multimillion-dollar business challenges.

Stella has worked with individuals and teams at Henkel, Unilever, General Mills, Abbott Laboratories, Verizon, Facebook, Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, Bain, Kaiser Permanente, PwC, P&G and many more.

Stella holds Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting & Economics, as well as an MBA from Howard University.

When she is not working, Stella is likely savoring a good read, hiking with her husband, enjoying time with her daughter, volunteering or catching up with close friends.
