Stella Odogwu is an Executive Coach, Speaker and Leadership Development expert for women in Corporate. She empowers her clients to leverage their inner potential in order to achieve wildly successful careers that allows them to exponentially increase their impact, income and quality of life.
Stella’s coaching style is rooted in the knowing that each individual has something unique to offer. She understands that for many of us, we have been unknowingly taught to stifle parts of ourselves in order to fit into the Corporate landscape. Stella specializes in empowering individuals to banish Impostor Syndrome and show up fully confident. She also helps her clients transform their brands and master powerful Executive Presence, Transformational Leadership, Strategic Relationships and successful Negotiations.
Stella firmly believes that women belong in executive leadership positions and should be involved not only in driving corporate strategy, but also in shaping the culture of organizations. Stella knows first hand that achieving one’s career ambitions requires having an empowered mindset, winning career strategies, accountability and support.
Leveraging her Accounting & Economics Bachelor’s degrees, as well as her MBA from Howard University, Stella started her career as an intern at the age of 20. Seven years and several rapid promotions later, she became Global Team Leader with oversight of a $500M budget and a team of senior managers in 5 countries. She eventually went on to lead Global Supply Chain Operations for a $300million Business Unit. Her success was largely driven by her track record of leading change, inspiring others and solving multi-million dollar business challenges.
Stella has worked with individuals and teams at Henkel, Unilever, General Mills, Abbott Laboratories, Verizon, Facebook and many more. Her work has been featured on CBS, ThriveGlobal, Fast Company, etc.
When she is not working, Stella is likely savoring a good read, hiking with her husband, enjoying time with her daughter, volunteering or catching up with close friends.
