A huge mistake you made staring right back at you.
A bad call. An oversight. An undeniable eff up.
Maybe it was as simple as a typo on a presentation.
Or you shut down a plant prematurely and 200 people are out of work.
Or something in between.
The higher up you go, the costlier your mistakes.
Certainly staying at the same level and never growing isn't the answer. The key is to get better at navigating mistakes.
